Just found out about this band Young Dreams. They have a single out titled “Flight 376”. On the single which can be purchased in the iTunes store has a song called “Young Dreams”.
The song is extremely catchy and is a must have in my opinion. They somewhat remind me of the beach boys because they have a vibrant, happy, and summery sound. They also sound a tad bit like one of my favorite bands Real Estate due to the fact that they are hippy-esqe and have somewhat of a psychedelic sound.
I’m really looking forward to the release of the full album, because I have no doubts that it will be very well put together.

This is easily one of the best album covers. Very creative on their part. Good job Wolf Parade on another excellent album.

I discovered a new artist. I don’t know his name but I know he has a website http://errandboy.ws/#/playground without a doubt he is my new favorite artist. He makes cartoons and illustrations all about youthfulness and his character is Errandboy. Who is on the picture above. There’s a hidden message behind all of his illustartions, I think it has something to do with youthfulness and adolescence being a joyful time, but based on his art I think it could be a lot more deep than that.
Yesterday, I ventured to The Eastern State Penitentiary’s “Terror Behind The Walls” annual haunted house. I went with a couple of friends. It was awesome! It was scary but, not as scary as it is made out to be. The only thing that was actually scary was the fact that it was in an old prison from the 1700’s.
At the end we went to a coffee place across the street called “Mugshots” I got some mocha frappe. It was pretty good. But they had a lot of art in there. It was really good art. This is one of the pictures that I really liked. I believe it is by an artist named Clinton Reno. He had some other portraits in the coffeehouse that were also excellent but this one stuck out to me the most. One of the cool things was that all the art was donated to this foundation that was there,”Screens ‘N’ Spokes”. They do a big bike ride every year to raise money for MS. Back to the art, it was donated and they were selling really cool pictures like this for only $20!!!
Dear Steve,
I’m not one of those computer nerds or anything, but I can’t say that I’m not going to miss you. I think that goes for most of the world. Your genius creations at Apple defined modern technology. Most people would say that your unique inventions are considered some of the most efficient machines created ever. I’m really sad even though I didn’t know you, That’s how much of an impact you made on this world.
RIP Steve Jobs
